If you are a new tenant or an existing tenant who has never signed up for the tenant portal before, click the link below, THEN click "Request access to the portal". Fill out the required information, then set up a log-in and password. If you run into an problem requesting access, please contact the office for assistance.
**ACH/E-Check (Checking/Savings Account) payments are always FREE!
**Credit Card/Debit Card Payments are charged a processing fee set by the payment processing company, see payment site for complete details.
**Online payments will post to your Western Associates account ledger immediately upon submittal of payment, but will take a few days to clear your bank account (like a check).
