Step 1: Please drive by the listings that you are interested in FIRST to make sure you can locate the unit and are comfortable with the neighborhood, amenities, location, etc.
Step 2: Once you have driven by, fill out the pre-qualification questionnaire link that is listed in the advertisement. Each unit advertised has its own questionnaire.
Step 3: We will respond back to the contact listed on the questionnaire via email to schedule a showing appointment. We respond back in the order they are received. Some units may have an exceptionally high response and rent very quickly, on those occasions we may not get through all of the inquiries before the unit is rented.
We highly recommend that ALL PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS attend a showing of the unit, however California Covid-19 restrictions require that a we limit the showings to a maximum of 2 persons from the same household at a time.
Additional persons can schedule a separate showing appointment if desired.
Depending on a units location and our other scheduled appointments for a particular day, showing appointments typically take place between 10:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.
We do not disturb our residents by showing their units on Saturday's or Sunday's.
When driving by, PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB RESIDENTS OR NEIGHBORS BY KNOCKING ON DOORS, PEEKING THROUGH WINDOWS, ETC.
