Please drive by all properties you are interested in first, then contact the office at (831)688-0238 to schedule showing appointments. You must see the interior of the unit before submitting an application.

We do not rent units sight unseen.

Applicant Requirements

Completed Application required for each occupant age 18 years or older.
$20.00 Non-refundable Application fee for each applicant (includes credit check)
All applicants (combined) must provide proof of gross monthly income of at least 2 times the current market rent amount. Acceptable methods for proving income are:

Current Paycheck Stub
Statement of Social Security, Disability, or other Government Income
Court order of periodic support from another party
Financial Aid award letter or student loan documentation
Proof of Retirement or Trust Fund income

Unfortunately Bank statements are not accepted as proof of income.

Self-employed persons must provide a copy of previous years personal income tax return.

Sorry, No Co-signors or Guarantors Accepted.

Sorry, No Section 8 Accepted.
